Job Overview
We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive, Social Media to enhance our social media initiatives across various client accounts. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual eager to advance in the social media and digital marketing realm while collaborating on high-profile campaigns with seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the conception, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and creative teams to ensure alignment of social media strategies with client objectives and brand messaging.
- Oversee daily content scheduling, posting, and audience engagement across client social media channels.
- Conduct research and remain abreast of industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and social media best practices.
- Aid in the creation and curation of captivating content, including visuals, videos, and copy that resonates with target demographics.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and propose enhancements based on performance metrics.
- Engage with online communities by promptly responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a manner consistent with brand voice.
- Assist in influencer outreach and collaboration efforts, including identifying potential influencers and tracking campaign outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with overarching marketing goals.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a creative or digital agency.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Basic familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude, accompanied by robust organizational skills.
